The German Ministry of Development and Cooperation (BMZ) celebrated its  40th Anniversary from 29.10. till 18.11.2001. Part of the celebrations were presentations of development work which were shown at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. A Tin/Can-house from EXPO 2000 was presented in the ”Arkaden” at DAIMLERCHRYSLER and a hugh “One World” - Logo made out of cans was presented at SONY CENTRE, along  with a small Tin/Can-wall inside the SONY STYLE CENTRE. The media was very interested and gave the displays some coverage e.g. SAT 1 at 17:30 live on 7.11.2001. Part of the ”One world Logo” is below during the production in Lesotho. Since we were running out of yellow cans, some kids from a dump side in RSA helped to collect them.
